Käyttöehdot
1. Ehtojen hyväksyminen
Käyttämällä Vatupassi-sovellusta hyväksyt nämä käyttöehdot. Jos et hyväksy ehtoja, älä käytä sovellusta.
2. Sovelluksen tarkoitus ja mittaustarkkuus
Sovellus on tarkoitettu suuntaa-antavaan mittaamiseen. Mittaustarkkuus riippuu laitteen antureista, kalibroinnista ja käyttötavasta. Sovellusta ei saa käyttää ainoana perusteena päätöksissä, jotka koskevat rakenteellista turvallisuutta, määräystenmukaisuutta tai muita kriittisiä asioita. Varmista tärkeät mittaukset kalibroidulla ammattikäyttöön tarkoitetulla mittalaitteella.
3. Ajoneuvokäyttö
Ajoneuvon kallistuksen seuranta on tarkoitettu avuksi pysäköinnissä ja maastossa. Älä käytä sovellusta ajon aikana. Kuljettaja vastaa aina itse ajoneuvon turvallisesta käytöstä; sovelluksen varoitusrajat ovat käyttäjän itsensä asettamia arvioita eivätkä ajoneuvon valmistajan kaatumisrajoja.
4. Maksuton sisältö ja Pro-tilaus
Vatupassin perustoiminnot — vatupassi, kalibrointi, yksiköt, presetit ja kameranäkymä — ovat maksuttomia. Pro-tilaus avaa ajoneuvon kallistuksen seurannan ja kaltevuuslaskurin.
5. Kokeilujakso, hinta ja uusiutuminen
Uusi tilaaja saa 7 vuorokauden ilmaisen kokeilujakson. Kokeilujakson aikana ei veloiteta mitään. Jos et peruuta tilausta ennen kokeilujakson päättymistä, Google Play veloittaa vuositilauksen hinnan ja tilaus jatkuu vuoden jaksoissa, kunnes peruutat sen. Voimassa oleva hinta näytetään aina ennen ostoa sovelluksen tilausnäkymässä omassa valuutassasi. Kokeilujakson saa kerran Google-tiliä kohden Googlen ehtojen mukaisesti.
6. Peruuttaminen ja hyvitykset
Voit peruuttaa tilauksen milloin tahansa Google Play -sovelluksessa kohdasta Tilaukset tai sovelluksen tilausnäkymän painikkeesta Hallitse tilausta. Peruutus tulee voimaan kuluvan laskutusjakson lopussa, ja Pro-ominaisuudet ovat käytettävissä jakson loppuun asti. Sovelluksen poistaminen ei peruuta tilausta. Maksut ja hyvitykset käsittelee Google Play omien ehtojensa mukaisesti.
7. Kuluttajan peruuttamisoikeus
Digitaalisen sisällön toimitus alkaa heti ostohetkellä. Kun tilaat sisällön, hyväksyt toimituksen alkamisen ennen 14 vuorokauden peruuttamisajan päättymistä ja menetät kuluttajansuojalain mukaisen peruuttamisoikeuden. Tämä ei rajoita oikeuttasi peruuttaa tilauksen jatkuminen kohdan 6 mukaisesti.
8. Hinnanmuutokset
Kehittäjä voi muuttaa tilauksen hintaa. Hinnanmuutoksesta ilmoitetaan Googlen käytäntöjen mukaisesti etukäteen, ja muutos tulee voimaan vasta seuraavan laskutusjakson alusta. Voit peruuttaa tilauksen ennen muutoksen voimaantuloa.
9. Vastuunrajoitus
Sovellus tarjotaan sellaisenaan ("as is") ilman takuita. Kehittäjä ei vastaa välittömistä tai välillisistä vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat sovelluksen käytöstä tai mittaustulosten hyödyntämisestä, siinä laajuudessa kuin pakottava lainsäädäntö sen sallii. Tämä ei rajoita kuluttajalle kuuluvia pakottavia oikeuksia.
10. Immateriaalioikeudet
Sovelluksen ja sen sisällön oikeudet kuuluvat kehittäjälle. Sovellusta saa käyttää henkilökohtaiseen ja ammatilliseen mittauskäyttöön näiden ehtojen mukaisesti.
11. Muutokset ehtoihin
Kehittäjä voi päivittää näitä ehtoja. Ajantasaiset ehdot julkaistaan tällä sivulla ja sovelluksen asetuksissa.
12. Sovellettava laki
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Kuluttajariidat voidaan saattaa kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsiteltäväksi.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Bubble Level app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Purpose and measurement accuracy
The app is intended for indicative measurements. Accuracy depends on the device sensors, calibration and usage. The app must not be used as the sole basis for decisions concerning structural safety, regulatory compliance or other critical matters. Verify important measurements with a calibrated professional instrument.
3. Vehicle use
Vehicle tilt monitoring is intended to assist with parking and off-road use. Do not operate the app while driving. The driver is always responsible for safe operation of the vehicle; the warning limits are estimates set by the user, not manufacturer rollover limits.
4. Free content and the Pro subscription
The core features — level, calibration, units, presets and camera view — are free. The Pro subscription unlocks vehicle tilt monitoring and the slope calculator.
5. Free trial, price and renewal
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play charges the yearly subscription price and the subscription renews yearly until you cancel. The current price is always shown before purchase in the app's subscription view in your own currency. The trial is available once per Google account under Google's terms.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Subscriptions, or via the Manage subscription button in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and Pro features remain available until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
Delivery of digital content begins immediately at purchase. By subscribing you consent to delivery starting before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and thereby waive the right of withdrawal. This does not limit your right to cancel renewal under section 6.
8. Price changes
The developer may change the subscription price. Changes are announced in advance in accordance with Google's procedures and take effect only from the next billing period. You may cancel before a change takes effect.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app or reliance on its measurements. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
All rights to the app and its content belong to the developer. The app may be used for personal and professional measuring purposes in accordance with these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
The developer may update these terms. The current terms are published on this page and in the app settings.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
